The Spring Concert on Friday, April 29th is fast approaching! We need plenty of help in the following areas and we are hoping every family can take-on at least 2 or 3 things from the list below (it takes a village!) Here is what we need:

Ushers for the Concert: 2 or 3 Choir Families….can be alumni, parents with children, and young people. (Dana, please forgive me for inserting this and messing up your color scheme)

SET UP: please report to Tuttle Hall at 3:30 PM to help set up the reception which takes place immediately after the concert. (concert is at 7 PM. reception will begin at approximately 8:15 and tickets are $25.00 per person)

CLEAN UP: self explanatory, but we NEED people to stay and help when reception is over–please consider volunteering for this much needed task…

BARTENDERS: need at least 4; 2 for first 45 mins and 2 for the last 45 minutes

ITEMS WE NEED TO BORROW IF YOU HAVE THEM: Pretty Cake Stands and or 3-tiered plate stands for our dessert display


• Martinelli’s Sparkling Cider (need 3 cases)
• Pellegrino (need 6 cases)
• paul newman’s yellow lemonade (need 8)
• Champagne (need 4 cases)
• Red Wine (need 4 cases)
• White Wine (need 4 cases)
• Cosmos (dana/done)
• Grey Goose Vodka (need 4 large bottles)

• Fruit Platers (2 large ones would be wonderful / bite size please)
• 8 lemons and 8 limes cut into wedges for bar
• 2 packs of fresh strawberries for garnish

• Tea Sandwiches (need at least 6 large platters) key is that they are BITE SIZE
• any other room temp savory appetizer ideas that you might have that are bite size, we are open!

• bite size tarts
• bite size cupcakes
• bite size cookies
• bite size brownies
• chocolates
