CHOIR YEAR BOOK PHOTOS
We captured a great photograph of all the Choristers from third to fifth grade at the Concert in January to use in the Year Book of GCS.
We need to do a portrait of the Senior Choristers next week to meet the deadline.
Could it be possible next week to make an adjustment to the schedule?

We hope to complete them all by Mother’s Day, our traditional day to elevate new Senior Choristers!
The Annual Concert Committee is hard at work preparing for the beautiful reception that follows that concert on 24 April. That has traditionally been one of our three big fund raising events for the Choir Special Projects Fund.
In additional to aiding the cost of Concert Tours in the summer this fund helps support many of our special opportunities that are beyond the annual operating budget.
The growth of the fund impacts everyone’s choir experience!

SNOW and Winter Weather! watch the weather reports, take no chances with personal safety. We follow the schedule of GCS. Should they call a snow day or schedule change, we will follow that. As I know things I’ll post them and send out email.

Rehearsal and Choral Evensong for Junior Choristers will take place on Tuesday 24 February.
The Rehearsal begins as always at the Music Room at 5:00 p.m.
Evensong is in the Church from 6:00 – 6:30 p.m.
All fourth graders and siblings are excused for the play. Break a leg and have a wonderful production!
Senior Choristers since we will loose the 4th grade, it would be helpful for as many of you as might be able to make it to help sing Evensong that night. You would be acting as special senior mentors
