BRAVO EVERYONE – What a great week and even better Sunday Concert. It was so much fun and so beautiful.
You brought this annual tradition to a new height! I am so proud of everyone.
As you can see, the choir is growing, this is more than one or two people can develop, it is the work of our whole community that inspires and nurtures this musical gift to us all.
THANK YOU! I’m on such a lovely high and hope your are also!

THANK YOU everyone who made the reception so beautiful. Dr. Rose and I thank you for the gift of the beautiful flowers and please join me in thanking Mary Cannon and Mandy Hackett for organizing and producing the reception.
Thank you everyone who brought, donated food and drink to make the afternoon so lovely.

Some lost;
1. a bracelet, see attached photo. If it’s yours, please let me know, I have it safe and sound.
2. Kai lost his jacket. If you got home with someone else’s jacked it might be his!

SNOW! watch the weather reports, take no chances with personal safety. We follow the schedule of GCS. Should they call a snow day or schedule change, we will follow that. As I know things I’ll post them and send out email.

Senior Boys!
Calling all boys for Dodgeball with the Rector!
There is going to be a special Dodgeball Tournament at Grace Church on Sunday afternoon Feb 8.

The 4th Grade Play is scheduled for Tuesday 24 February at 6:00 p.m. The same time as our Evensong Service. All fourth graders at GCS will be excused from rehearsal and Evensong that night, for planning purposes, I need to know who will be able to participate in the rehearsal and Evensong that night. As soon as you can, please let me know – both 4th and 5th grade. Will sports be going on that evening for 5th grade?

*CHOIR TOUR INFORMATION: Please get your deposits in! We will be ramping up into high gear now to prepare the music and details of the tour.

UPDATES since Thanksgiving….
1. If you haven’t paid your first deposit please get it to PA asap or check in with him.
2. If you want to buy into the air package through Peter’s Way we need to know asap so we can confirm the persons and block of seats for that flight.
3. If your chorister is traveling alone on the trip we need to know three things:
a. Have you assigned them to a choir family going on the trip for travel and chaperoning?
b. Will they need someone assigned to chaperone them (not a problem, we are just counting right now to plan)
c. Will they be buying the air package? (any chorister being chaperoned by staff will need to buy into the air package and travel with the staff)

Old Information:
The First Deposit is due in the amount of $500.00 for each person going on the tour.
Please make your check out to GRACE CHURCH IN NEW YORK, Memo: Choir Tour Deposit One and list who it is for. These checks should be given to P. Allen.
If you have not done so and would like to request financial aid for your chorister, please talk with P. Allen.
Please indicate on your deposit whether your chorister and or family member will purchase the group air travel package so we can plan for that. If you do not indicate this we will assume you are making your own travel arrangements to and from France.
The work in progress Itinerary is attached to this email. Have a look, be ready to chime in with your thoughts in the New Year. We will want your feedback.

*AS THE YEAR IS COMING TO AN END…please look around the house and make sure you cash all choir checks you have received. When the books are closed at the audit for each operating budget year checks can no longer be redeemed or replaced.
