The Holidays are just around the corner….Our Annual Christmas Party is Sunday 8 December, here is a note from Caroline Toms…
Dear Choir Families,
We have our Choir Christmas party coming up in the 8th of December .
The invitation is to follow shortly. This is a wonderful festive occasion .
The sign up sheets will be hanging up outside the music room this weekend.
Please consider signing up for food, drinks ,helping to set up, serving and helping clean up.
Happily Chef Jude will cook the turkey, ham, stuffing and the vegetables.
All you need to do is put your name down for a contribution for any of the above .
Your contributions in cash or by check can be dropped off at Nancy’s desk in the reception for the attention of Caroline Toms.
Checks should be made out to Grace Church in New York and MEMO: Choir Christmas Party.
In addition, we ask that the parents provide the dessert and drinks.
