Luca Berti is a passionate Brooklyn based musician and songwriter whose music has entertained audiences across the nation. As a classically trained violist, soon to have his BM from New York University, Luca strives to make music accessible for everyone, whether it’s performing in his neighborhood dives with his guitar and harmonica, or tuxed up and performing in concert halls across the city. He believes that music and the arts are a way to connect and build communities, so he takes every opportunity to share his passion for music with others. In addition to viola, Luca is part of the New York Theater Ballet’s Young Professionals Committee, whose work focuses on making the arts accessible for the youth of New York City. With deep interests in Musicology, Luca enjoys interpreting and performing Bach with baroque roots through a contemporary lens.
