Dear Choir Families,

I hope that by now you have all seen the notices about the Spring Concert on Friday, April 26th. This year’s concert is also not only a celebration of our choristers, but also the Inagural Concert of the Bicentennial Organ. The combined Grace Church Choirs will be singng.

Because of the incredibly special nature of this event, we are going to be handling the reception differently from previous years. Usually we sell tickets to the reception for $20 each to benefit the Choir Special Projects Fund. Instead this year, admission will be free.

We expect a somewhat larger crowd as well, so we are particularly hoping that our choir families will help us make the reception special.

How can you help? You can make a financial contribution towards the costs of food and drink. You can donate food or drink (we especially need bite-sized savory treats). You can help with set-up or clean-up. Novice and junior parents can serve as ushers before and during the concert. Anything you can do is gratefully received.

SET UP: please report to Tuttle Hall at 3:30 PM to help set up the reception which takes place immediately after the concert. (Concert is at 7 PM. reception will begin at approximately 8:15)

CLEAN UP: Self-explanatory, but we NEED people to stay and help when reception is over–please consider volunteering for this much needed task…
